This 90-minute IN-STUDIO workshop is perfect for everyone, from absolute beginners to seasoned Pilates teachers. Level-up your practice and fill your Pilates toolbox with rich and effective imagery.
“Before the Hundred” is a series of exercises created by Kathy S. Grant, a Pilates Elder (direct student of Joseph Pilates.) With playful names like Baby Butt and Soup Head, these exercises use effective and simple images, cues, and shortcuts to enrich and invigorate your Pilates practice.

Intro to MELT Workshop

Treat yourself to a life without pain. Using small balls and a soft roller, you will learn to release stuck stress due to aging and active living. reduce inflammation, ease chronic neck and low back strain, improve alignment and become better at whatever you enjoy doing.
