Introduction to MELT
A one time 90 minute class where students will experience how easy it is to release stuck stress, relieve aches and pains and enhance performance using the MELT balls and soft roller.
A 6 week series designed to teach the full hand and foot techniques and all of the moves featured in the best selling MELT book. After this series, students will be able to be their own ‘hands off” bodyworker.
MELT for MELTers
An ongoing class designed for people who have completed the 6 week series or who have worked with a certified MELT instructor. This class will include more advanced moves not featured in the book as well as some MELT Neurostrength moves. MELT Neurostrength is a system utilizing the soft roller and therabands to build strength and stability in the shoulder girdle, pelvic girdle and core. MELT Hand and Foot and Length (roller) moves release stuck stress, increase mobility and reverse the negative effects of aging. MELT Neurostrength is the next step to achieving amazing power and balance.
