Here is a Typical Retreat Day…….

  • Get up
  •  

  • Drink a delicious fruit smoothy and/or a cup of fabulous coffee or tea
  •  

  • Take an active class without having to worry about parking or getting 10 calls during the 55 minutes.
  •  

  • Eat a delicious breakfast THAT YOU DIDN’T PREPARE
  •  

  • Go swimming, kayaking, lounging
  •  

  • Eat a delicious lunch THAT YOU DIDN’T PREPARE
  •  

  • Nap in a hammock, lounge around the pool and the all important stare into space…
  •  

  • Take a more relaxing class without worrying about what you will make for dinner or whose turn it is to walk the dog, help with homework
  •  

  • Drink a yummy cocktail and eat a delicious dinner THAT YOU DIDN’T PREPARE
  •  

  • Laugh, talk and hang out with fun people
  •  

  • Go to sleep
  •  

  • REPEAT
